Suggestion Title: RTPC Dress Uniform

Division: MET - RTPC

I'd like to see RTPC be able to get a Dress Uniform with a white hat.

Example:

This would be a nice QoL that I believe shouldn't be too difficult as it's just the ERT dress uniform with a white hat. Distinguishes us during events where dress uniform is worn since all the other divisions would wear the regular dress uniform.
This could also mean adding the ERT dress uniform to the other division locker rooms as that's what they would wear to best-dress events?

Hello Kube,

I like the idea of this as it comes in very handy and professional for the division when it comes to events, and also makes the division stand out from our ERT colleagues.

I am going to put this forward and see where it goes as i think it would be a rather easy change to be made
