Suggestion Title: RTPC Flease uniform

Division: MET - RTPC

Hiya, I think RTPC should be given a fleece uniform for the cold cold evenings when we're driving around in unmarked vehicles. We have the high-vis uniform with the "jacket" style but they don't really work with unmarked for obvious reasons.

So I think RTPC should be given a cute lil fleece too

Would LOVE to see this type of fleece added for us to stand us out too. Would be amazing!! Have a link for something like this if you need it! Happy to attach it

Benefits of this would include more covert operational uses during the colder months in unmarked vehicles.

We are currently looking at changing some aspects of RTPC. We as a Command team like this idea.
