Suggestion Title: RTPC SEG G31

Division: MET - RTPC

Currently, The G31 with the VRN "BX69 FPD" is used for SEG.
I believe this should be swapped to the one with the VRN "EU68 FZT".

Why you may ask?
Well, it has a matrix board which displays "Road Closed".

I think it would make more sense to use the one with the matrix board?

Accepted - The G31 (VRN: FPD) has been changed to the G31 (YNN). This is after a divisional suggestion for a different vehicle that included a matrix board. (edited)
