As it currently stands anyone can declare an incident (ETHANE) and a Band 2+ for a major incident (METHANE) which currently fights realism as in real life anyone can declare a major incident using the METHANE principle and should be a part of all divisional training. doing this will increase realism and will improve the education side for people who are interested in the emergency agencies (Police, LAS, LFB and National highways).

Hello, As of current the reason its setup the way it is due to mostly allowing people to work towards something, as it also stops people attempting to abuse such things, Something that maybe added for the future, just not at current
