I've conveniently enough recently responded to a suggestion for this exact link, so let me respond with the exact same message:
So something like that would be easily accomplishable utilising the current ERT garage and creating a new skin for a vehicle. This may be something that i look to do for pride month next year, however currently the vehicle skinning team are busy with an insanely large project and we cannot commit any time to items like this.
I'll be declining this for now, however the possibility of something like this making an appearance in the next year is rather high.
