Suggestion Title: HART - POT Thread

I feel as if a Thread for Public Order Trained HART Members would be beneficial. On a couple of occasions i have seen the HART role being pinged however only targets POT Trained members. In addition to this if an event was being planed with needs of POT a Ping could be sent out prior meaning command can get a rough estimate of attendees.

Good afternoon Elliot,

Myself and Morgan have looked at your suggestion, and can confirm that we like this idea and would be easier for you all that are POT trained and will be easier to ask for members who are trained in it.
I’m gonna accept this and we will get a thread started for you all.
