Suggestion Title: New off road rescue vehicle for HART

I made an off-road vehicle for HART a couple of months ago and with the addition of rural crimes, and rural AP training (as well as the Land Rover) I feel like it would be good for HART to have a rescue vehicle built for rocky roads and the mountains. I believe the AP off-road RRV is fitted with a stretcher that can be used for mountain rescue, the HART one would be fitted with medical supplies to support the rescue of the patients. I can produce pictures in DMs if required but as it is an already-made vehicle it could violate some EA rules if posted on this forum

Hello Tom,

Thank you for the Suggestion. I like the idea behind this vehicle and feel that it could add to the ability of the HART Team therefore i will be moving this to Pending Dev Review.
