Suggestion Title: Update to Medical UI for ease of ATMIST reports

Division: NHS/LAS

This is mainly something for HEMS when filling out our deployment form and adding the incident reports. It can be difficult to remember especially if you've dealt with multiple casualties what you treated and how.

My solution:
Within the activity panel as well as saying "Treatment type" applied to "Limb". Once the injury has been treated it can also display a message saying "Treatment type" applied to "Limb" successfully treated "Injury Type".

I know a lot of work has already gone into the medical UI and I love it, I just thought of this as a small Q.O.L update (tho im sure not small to implement).

I like the idea. Truthfully I don't see why not - although not much for priority in it's current state. Will move to pending dev
