I have noticed that some of the scenes for the NHS is normally just click and done (this does not mean all NHS scenes are like this) and I suggest that we should have a "60 second survey" option in the section where the pulse and BP and be checked. At the moment we can just see all the patients injurys when we open the menu and I propose that we have the ability to click on a section of the body (in the menu) or have a button on the menu to start a 60 second survey of the patient. My point here is to increase the RP and the communication between the paramedic and the patient

I also suggest for internal injuries such as chest injuries in the thorcic cavity we should have a stethoscope so we can listen to their breathing / heart to survey for injuries.

I understand that some of this may not be possible but I believe that if these were taken into account and put into practice that it would increase the RP levels

I know this has gone pending - But a lot is up to the Civ & the NHS responder to develop the scene. /Me's from both go a long way to increase the RP. I will always try to add them in but if you get jack all from the civ or the responder its pointless.

"/me checks pupils" "/me You notice there is drug paraphanlia around the body"

Hello Krvpxion,

Thank you for your suggestions. Improving the quality of communication and roleplay between paramedics and patients is a priority for us, as we want to move away from "click and done" interactions.

Regarding the implementation of a 60-second survey and functional stethoscope mechanics:

These features are currently not possible with the current medical system. The infrastructure does not currently support interactive body-part clicking or audio-based diagnostic tools.

It is important to note that, as it stands, we aren't allowed to encourage the use of /me for medical-related roleplay.

All injuries should be roleplayed strictly as they are presented within the Medical System. However, we are exploring other options. We are actively looking to see if there are other medical systems out there that might better facilitate the high-standard RP and detailed assessments you are looking for.
Jerry, you make a fair point about the importance of both the responder and the civilian developing the scene together. However, we have to maintain a consistent standard for how information is relayed.

System over /me: As mentioned, /me was ruled out when it was attempted alongside the initial launch of this medical system. Because we require injuries to be roleplayed exactly as the system displays them, using /me can often lead to conflicting information or confusion during a high-pressure scene.

While there is a tiny bit of scope for things the system can't see, it relies far too heavily on the "patient" knowing the medical nuances of their condition. Most players today may not have the clinical knowledge to provide an accurate answer to a manual check, which is why we rely on the automated system to provide the "truth" of the injury.

We understand it feels "pointless" when you don't get much back from a civilian, but by sticking to the medical system's outputs, we ensure that the RP remains grounded in the facts of the mechanical damage.

We will continue to actively seek an improved system for medical roleplay however at this stage, Unfortunately I'm going to decline this suggestion.
