Declined Operation Glitches Form

Good day, I like that you offer people the chance to get rewards for doing forms. However, Operation Glitched isn't in depth enough. Anyone could bang in a couple hundred of these easily. All it asks for is an ID (Copy &Paste) type and postal.

I'm not saying don't award players for their efforts. I just feel it's too easy for people to forge them.
