Accepted Paleto Bay Civ spawn point

Is it possible to have a civ spawn and car spawn point somewhere in Paleto?
Could be the big garage on the end of the town. Would save having to drive up every time you want to do a scene that side of the map and would mean more variety in the locations of scenes of civs found it easier and more convenient to get out to that area of the map.

Upon reviewing this further, this suggestion has been accepted. Please note there is no suitable building we've found at Paleto directly, but there will be something added within that side of the map.
