Is it possible to add a higher rate of items/illegal found on ai vehicles? Im not sure on % but so far I don't think we have found single weapon in a vehicle, which perhaps deters the encouragement for fsd etc to be called upon/arrive just one example but im sure drug markers etc can be the same. (wouldn't expect every vehicle to have something in it naturally but maybe 1 in 10 would be good?
