Preventing multiple people talking at once.

I have noticed an increase of people talking each other over the radio, was thinking maybe we could implement something similar to what ATC use. Basically if someone is talking and someone tries speaking over them the second transmission will simply be blocked from transmitting and a low beep noise will occur so people know whats happening. Not sure if its a good idea or not but thought why not suggest it

At the moment we cannot control radio chatter easily. New callout/backup menu should take some strain. Declined but notes taken for CAD system potentially a mute user functionality
