Declined Stinger speeds

Increase the speed of the stingers rolling out since they take ages to fully deploy if you choose option 3. Love everything about them, but when you choose option 3 it takes ages for them to roll out to the most, when they shouldn't

We are using a 3rd party script, unfortunately there is no option to increase the speed.
