Tackle | Ragdoll

Allow us to force a ragdoll which can be used as a temporary tackle feature. This was the temp fix from a server I was a part of and it offered an alternative to taser snipers. I don't remember what button it was bound to it may have been Enter or double tap space

Also its a possible fun new feature

Hey nocab,

The ability to tackle someone is something definitely worth looking into. It may not be done soon, however we'll look for something more permanent for tackling someone.
