Accepted Thames River Police

Can we have a look a getting River Police in game as we are starting to see an increase in water related crime.

I believe they're currently working on RNLI at the moment, so hopefully Thames River Police could be added soon after. Would be a great addition though!

We do have an MPU role already, although currently there is no ETA for the release.
