My suggestion:
Media team publishing weekly news or blog posts about major events that happened.
Reasons for suggestion:
Keeping players who hasn’t participated on the event informed.
Allowing media members to show their writing and composition skills
Laying a foundation and learning know-how of public reports-news for future role plays that evolves around continuous scenerios.
Utilising CID’s extensive reports and motivating under appreciated works they do.
Opening new paths for civ senior staff for future scenes/scenerios.
