Suggestion Title: Civ fire perms

To do more scenes for lfb I think there should be either an additional training package or a app based for fire perms for normal civs where it’s in the 1 in 5 as we can’t do much rp for lfb apart from an rtpc which is repetitive and I get that we can get seniors to start it for us but sometimes they are too busy and by time they come lfb sometimes log off

Thank you for your suggestion, unfortunately this was suggested before and as today, the fire script is still very volatile and it does take a considerate amount of server resources. By allowing this in general for civilians to access would not be ideal in consideration of the above. We do not want the server to timeout every 5 minutes due to fire spawns and glitches. For now, seniors civs are encouraged to frequently set fires for any civs who requested it. Bare in mind, this is base on their availability, if there are no seniors civs available, you can always think of another scene idea, and come back to it later.
