When a CIV sends a 999 to control, we have no idea when it has been allocated. It would be good to get some notification to at least know it has been allocated to officers.

Even just a small timer on the side, doesn't have to take over the screen. :)

Could a /kill be used when in a vehicle. If you do that now it removes you from the vehicle. If I was in a RTC now in game, it would probably show as no inuries even though I want to RP injuries?
