Declined Add ST15 and ST16 (Received, Repeat)

Petition to add the following state codes:

State 15 - Received
State 16 - Repeat

Reason to add ST16
Happened to me a lot when I tried to say "repeat" and then the other person didn't hear so he also said "repeat" then I had to say that I wanted him to repeat what HE said...

Reason to add ST15
Just a very useful state code instead of saying "yes yes" or "received".

Hello, Thank you for your suggestion!

As current this is not something that needs changing going by realism, The majority will always say yes yes or received and wouldnt add anything, And i believe would in fact just confuse players more for a sudden change to something uneeded to be changed, So i will decline this
