Declined Allow College Trainers to create instances

Hi!

Its quite annoying when doing a PCSO training to have to bother a moderator and wait for them to be available in order to get a training instance to be created for the training session.

Is it possible for Band 1 College Trainers to get access to do this, so then it can be just created when needed for the training?

I think it requires access to tx to find and move people which devs wouldn't be keen on I imagine.

Thanks for your suggestion. As mentioned above, it does relate to TX and therefore we wont request this via the devs.

Instances are already set up, and take a matter of seconds for a mod to move players over into these.

As there is no operational issue from Trainer and Mod side, i will be declining this suggestion
