Declined Allow more members to /hideblips like Civ

Possibility for Command and CTSFO members to hideblips to allow for monitoring and incident response as trained

Hi,

This feature currently isn't needed as Civ players cannot see police blips and vice versa, and as such there is no requirement for any members of police to be able to hide their blips.
