The Navy revolver will CEOMPLTETLY remove your armour and half of your health. This is more powerfull than A AK which fires a larger cartridge. I strongly believe that this weapon needs to have a decrease in power due to this.

Thank you for you suggestion, we totally understand that this revolver is quite a powerful firearm, however we need to understand that this revolver would need to be reloaded after firing one shot. There is a clear disadvantage when it is being used. A firearms officers would have fired 5 shots before 1 of this gun is reloaded. With its powerful one shot, we strongly believe this even the odds. However granted on some occasions firearms officers might be taken out due to luck or the civs accuracy, firearms civilians has explicit rules within the division that prioritises one of our core rules. That is "Eventually, Police Always Wins"
