Suggestion Title: Civ Deployment Ideas

So i have had an idea that has crossed my mind that i would like to raise.

At the moment Civs do 15 scenes per month. i say this is a 100% fair amount of scenes however somehow we still hear people complaining about the divional divide of scenes.

My suggestion for this is that we bump up to 16 scenes and divide each civ to do 2 scenes for each division.

This change Not only does this create a diversity of scenes for everyone it allows the server to function in a way where we are not seeing divisions just sitting in a car park nattering because they have nothing to do.

I hope this suggestion reaches the correct people and cant wwait to hopefully see this change in the future.

Thank you for your suggestion.
Civ command at the minute will not be implementing a change on the deployments or how civs are deployed.
In addition, civs are trained and encouraged to always look out for what divisions are active at that time before commencing their RP.
Therefore moving this suggestion as declined
