Suggestion Title: CIV - Reduce what needs authorising, to increase scenes.
Division: Aux - Civ Roleplay
Currently civilian role play is very restrictive to be blunt. Having spoken to other members of civilian roleplay, majority of the scene ideas they wish to do are either not allowed or authorisation only. An example of this is with LFB, we get alot of the same scenes of RTC's. There could be the argument of "Civs can do more than just RTC's and fires" however the ones that people want to see are restricted!
This isn't me having a dig, however it is annoying when we get the same call daily. The issue I have found is people not wanting to do scenes because either they can't or it needs authorisation.
LFB would like to see calls at Heathrow, however it needs auth because it involves aircraft. Although we do not have any specially trained units we can go to the airport.
Im not trying to start an argument however it feels like civ is getting very very restrictive and by doing so CIVS are loosing the amount of scenes they do.
