Suggestion Title: Civ Scene Limit

Division: Aux - Civ Roleplay

Allowing command to go over 1 in 5 rule / focus more for civ scenes for their division
Ofc still doing scenes for all divisions but perhaps allowing more to be done for that command members specific division

Hello Buddy,

The 1 in 5 is there to ensure fairness as much as possible to all divisions. Its not something we will be looking at changing otherwise scenes will become non existent for some divisions. As command members of your divisions I have no issue with you catering more for said divisions when there are plenty of units online and active however we do ask you to stick to the 1 in 5 as much as possible.

Remember you don't need to FTS to include RTPC, You don't need a gun to include AFO and you don't need to die to include LAS.

Yeah totally fair enough - I was less referencing the 1 in 5 FTS and more on the sort of spread of scenes across ERT/specialist divisions/and LFB NHS.
