Civs need access to training rfiles as its rather hard doing training when constantly being killed and no available mod.

I do agree with this, It would be extremely useful for civs when they help with AFO training as we use training rifles so we dont need to keep getting mod revives. Since we already have training rifles in game, it would be great for civ to have it.

Thank you for your suggestion, I do agree that training riles are essential for AFO training, and is something that can be look into.
