Suggestion Title: Window tints, Neons and Colour menu

Division: Aux - Civ Roleplay

Hi, can we please have Window Tints added to VehicleCustom? Along with neon's as this can improve the amount of things police can pull us over for and IRL are 2 of the most pulled things for cars.

Regarding the Vehicle Colour menu, I'm sure this can be said for all divisions not just CIV but please can it be a drop down or a text box? I've sat there for 5 mins before trying to get grey on my car! can be very painful. Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. Ultimately this is something we want to move towards. The addition of all the new colours to cars was a huge benefit to our division however, trying to select a specific colour can be painful sometimes. Having a menu like this would be a huge QOL for Civ and possibly increase setup time for Civ calls allowing us to pump more out so I will push this to dev review to see how feasible this is
