Suggestion Title: working tattoo's

would there be any scope to get the tattoo's to work via customchar menu?
would be rather useful for some of our RP's to do with gangs or drug dealers etc,
as at this time they dont seem to work when trying to apply them

Thank you for you suggestion I am going to be moving this to pending dev review to see if we can get this working. From what I believe this option will only be for senior civs as the character they use is a custom model and with the ability to change things such as hair facial features and such as where ped models don't have the ability to change things like that as they only have a certain amount of things that can change.

Hello,

Thanks for your suggestion.

We use a 3rd party script for /customchar which is encrypted. Therefore until there is a fix, it's unlikely we'll get tattoos working.
