Suggestion Title: Traffic Management additions

Division: Aux - Highways

For the addition of more traffic management signage for road works and traffic control for National highways. For example some motorway lane closure signage with large Roadworks ahead signage (aka men at work signs, Lane closure boards, blue directional arrows) and the implementation of portable traffic lights for temporary road work environments. Theres already similar scripts on 5mods that use the existing traffic light model in gta so im sure something thats possible.

As it stands the division is Highways(Traffic officer), AA DVSA and Lawsons Haulage.
we assist with keeping the road network running ie assisting the police in any callouts.

being effectively the maintenance and traffic management division within the national highways the road closures for maintained we don't directly do it , (YET)
this can maybe a possible thing to bring into the division at a later date but for now we don't have the provisions to have a maintenance division running just yet.
Therefor this will be Declined.

but if you want to put in another suggestion for more scene management signs i will happily take that and push to devs for a review.
