Highways England has got an outstanding fleet but there IRL fleet is being added to. I think the volvo XC6O and the MBW X5 G05 is essential for highways to maintain high operational standards.

I can's seem to find any photos of National Highways Using XC60's in real life, I also believe the XC90 is a good fit already, as its just a bigger version of the 60

Also Ormzy's Point is very good, we can't use Branded vehicles i believe

So for this i'll be moving it to declined.
