Suggestion Title: 3 Man NPAS

So I was looking at the amount of Coms Ticket trained officers that want to lift compared to the amount of pilots that want to lift and i feel that there isn't enough that people that want to lift NPAS don't get a chance because there isn't enough Pilots that either can be bothered or want to go as NPAS so a small idea is to make it so that 1 Pilot can take 2 coms tickets so 1 deals with the navigation and 1 deals with the camera and communicating with the ground units to save the pilot time the coms Ticket holder that is in-charge of Navigation can also be involved with updating their CAD and possibly moving back to a main channel to request for more units which would also save the ground units time and makes their lives safer as they are not stuck trying to fiddle with a radio and leaving them open to be attacked as NPAS could do it
