I think this Newer winch would be for helimed - to be able to winch patients in and out of the helicopter

Winches are typically only fitted to search and rescue helicopters, usually with the coast guard.

With dauphin (not sure about the others) you can rappel from it

Can confirm this would not be realistic for eurocopters or Dauphins. This would however be a decent script for a SAR Helicoptet

Hello egrogan,
This indeed would as kior mentioned not be fitted onto any of our current aircraft and I believe the devs are already working on something similar for the SAR helicopter.
As this would not currently add anything to the Division we have decided to decline this suggestion, however could be revisited at a later date if we get a SAR heli.
