Suggestion Title: NVG capability for pilots.

Division: Aux - NPAS

Night Vision Google’s for NPAS pilots. IRL NPAS pilots use a helmet mounted NVG to aid with night flying. I believe GTA already has this function so should be doable.

Hi Will,
This suggestion has some good merit and i have seen pilots use the NVG's on popular TV shows as well, this suggestion will be move to Pending Dev review.
