Suggestion Title: Position Rank Slides for Flight Ops.

Division: Aux - NPAS

At the moment all pilots hold the Capt rank slide.

For recognition of position. Could the slide be changed for each role.

1 bar (Probation trainees)
2 bar (Pilots)
3 bar (Trainers)
4 bar (Flight Captain)

I’m always up for a new vehicle for trainers and flight captains too.
