Declined Barrier Tape/Crime Scene Tape

Would love to see area's being cordoned off with Tape like IRL. Fire/Police Tape could be used to create a Cordon around area's and potentially take away the unecessary use of Cones.

I think this has been mentioned before (will need to be confirmed) but I believe it was the cloth texture that would cause performance loss and that performance loss isn't worth over having police tape.
It would be cool though to have something like this, or maybe cones that would connect automatically when being placed and have a fixed tape texture that doesn't have any physics.
