Thanks for your suggestion.

Could you elaborate further? The current radio already has 1 main channel which is accessible when turning the radio. There's further 8 channels available which can be switched via CTRL+2,3,4 etc.

The Sergeants are expected to use the default channel (channel 1), which allows anyone to radio in for any authorisations if required. SGTs+ will only switch channels if they're actively participating in a pursuit/op.
