For ERT BTP so we can have a application and it could be a sub division and also we could have AFO involved as we can have AFO BTP it will bring alot good rp and have trains running and stuff

BTP has nothing to do with the MET. From my eyes, it would be a whole new division.

My suggestion is to add btp this could be as a applyable division or a 1 time payment like COLP which I believe will give more roleplay for civs as they will be able to roleplay in translations and btp attend it here are some links to vehicles and uniforms...
