Declined Bull horn/ more defined horn in between siren changes

I believe a bull horn would be a great addition to the siren system as instead of constantly changing sirens, etc to try and move traffic I believe the bull horn will be used and will become more effective. This is also realistic and adds immersion and fun to peoples game play. Adding onto this when changing siren, could a more defined honk between switches of horns be added. As this matches ILR and again brings a immersive and enjoyable feel to the game.
