I think there should be civ rp applications to give people the opportunity to rp as a civ. Due to the short amount of people that actually do civ rp i feel like it would be better for the server if there was an opportunity for people to apply to be a civ instead.

Hey Bobby,

At the moment in time its only available to Moderators due to the nature that you need the Mod menu to play as a Civ. this will be changing in the future allowing me to recruit some people as Civ Trained, but until then it has to remain the way it is
