Declined Colp RTPC

Hello my suggestion is the colp RTPC skoda octavia vrs is old and does not match current rtpc garage/ it is also 24mph slower then our slowest vehicle in the rtpc fleet. i have found a new octavia vrs which would be more suited

Granted it does not match the RTPC garage post-overhaul, however it is there as it is a vehicle used by the City of London Police which is what it is based off. The vehicle may be slow and this will be addressed when a member of the development team gets a free moment to have a look at it, but there are no immediate plans to remove or replace the vehicle.
