Control Improvements Chat Tag / Uniform / FCR

Can we get a control room built in to a police station please?

Other requests; Chat Tag for controllers and a uniform.

Hi tommo,

I believe chat tags for controllers has recently been added, and there's a control room on one of the upper floors in the vespucci station.

As for the uniform, this is something on my to-do list, and will be pushed in when i do a small rework of some EUP.
