Suggestion Declined Control: NPAS subdivisions

Good evening Patchi,
Thank you for submitting this suggestion, it has been brought up multiple times previously. Whilst I am fully understanding of why you would want such changes, but we have questioned this decision with the Flight Captains, and they believe it would be beneficial to keep 'Dolphin' under the NPAS subdivision.
If this has changed @(NS2) smallp13 @(NS1) Beatz, please update me and I can arrange the relevant changes.
For the time being, I shall move this to DECLINED unfortunately.
