Control Room - Duty Controller.

Duty controller will be a training hosted by command, only a few controllers will get it, you must be in control for a month, recognized by control command, it's like FIM but duty controller.

The duty controller will be in charge of the control team that is online, From INTEROPS MAIN To FIM, To CRO. They are command replacements, the only perks they have are that they lead everyone, they cannot issue educational+ warnings, etc, and they are just there to lead.

It won't be like a ton of people as Duty Controller. Just a very few, the best of the best.

At this time we will not be looking to implement any roles outside of the Command Team that hold authority over other Controllers and besides, this role is already fulfilled by Control Team Leaders
