Declined Dispatching Map

Sonoran cad has a live map/dispatchers map where you can view the units and their locations, instead of dispatchers saying "Is there any XXX units" and everyone lighting up at first, we should use the map and see what units are nearby and dispatch them to that scene. Additionally change the titles of the buttons to be State 5, State 6 etc so then when its called out it matches the cad status. I know some units are not great at updating their cads but if they are booked in via cad, it should be easier and saves all our ears when asking what units are available.
I also think when dispatch is on people should use their cads to mark their status anyways, IE on an AI call mark you are state 6- on sc ene

Hi Jack,
Controllers already use the map but it is not mandatory. Ultimately, it is up to their discretion who they dispatch. We are cracking down on the constant use of "Any available [Division]", though. We wouldn't change 'enroute' 'available' etc, as new players wont instantly get their heads around st2, st4 etc and it is more new player friendly.
