Declined DLC x RTPC

Allow RTPC to obtain spikes from the DLC cars.

This will enable RTPC Constables to use their county lines or tac ops subscriptions while they are on duty as RTPC.

Only thing is, correct if wrong if they were to add it I think the other units that purchase them will most likely get spikes for themselves. Correct me if I'm wrong tho

Maybe they could make it so only people on the RTPC team can grab them.

Hey all,

Thanks for your suggestion and inputs.

Whilst I do agree, it would be handy for all of the subscriber vehicles to have access to the spikes, there is a script limitation. The role whitelisting doesn't fully work and it relies on vehicle config, therefore everyone would be able to access spikes.
