Thanks for raising your suggestion.

Whilst I agree it would be a lot more realistic to handover to a doctor or a nurse in a hospital, one factor which we need to bear in mind most of our players are not medically trained and coming up with training packages which would equate to the level of skills of a doctor or a nurse would be relatively challenging. Similarly, as a sub-division/division, there would be very limited scope outside of handovers as GTA doesn't really support surgeries or advanced medical treatement.
