Declined ERT Trainer Vehicles

I think we should have trainer vehicles so if people want to learn more we can take them out in the trainer car and stuff and aswell for ipp trainings

I don't see the need for this. They can just use a normal response car? Or a ARO one

This isn't a thing in real life so would have no purpose in game.
