Declined Fire extinguishers for certain divisions such as RTPC

Now, i think certain divisions such as RTPC can have that extra little thing to help with patrols etc, for example a fire extinguisher, now i think this will be a really nice addition to the division as they deal with lots of chases, RTCs and so on, with the collisions comes with damage and possible fires. I believe a fire extinguisher is already accessible from the boot of a vehicle like it should be as per my suggestion. Now i think this should be a self learning package accessible via divisional form hub, similar to the PAVA spray, can be used to handle small type fires and to diffuse/prevent any fires from taking place, this can also be helpful if there is a lack of assets such as LFB. and for example when people will abuse this perk will receive disciplinary action similar to the PAVA spray, like i mentioned, the best way to access this is from boot, and then get it out from there similar to gloves.
