Suggestion Title: Fire extinguishers

Division: MET - ERT

I think that all met officers should be equipped with a fire extinguisher, either in their vehicles or on there person (in their inventory). This should be if there is a life at danger (a fire after an RTC with someone trapped) or if there is simply no LFB on.

We have had a suggestion similar to this before and it came down to the fact that if you were to give Police Fire Extinguishers they would think they then have the capabilities to put Fires out which then not only defeats the purpose of having LFB but also because they are not properly equipped for the situation and would result in more problems.

Ok. Is there anyway there could be a training you have to go through as a PC to be able to have a fire extinguisher??

That would Have to be put up to ERT and LFB command

Unfortunately we did have this before but it was abused. Therefore I will be declining this at this time.
